Ordering Information Which method of payment can I use? Notre Done accepts Visa, Amercican Express and MasterCard. All purchases are made over our secure socket layers using the yahoo merchant store front encryption.

How will I know you’ve received my order? Provide us with an e-mail address and we will alert you when your order is received and when it ships.

How long does it takes? All orders ship between 0-3 days depending on availability.

What is your cancellation policy? If you feel you’ve ordered by mistake you are wrong but if you still think so, send an e-mail within 24 hours and we will cancel. Any later and it is time to see the Returns + Exchanges section.

How much do you charge for shipping? Shipping is $5. If you order 3 or more shirts shipping is free (they make great stocking stuffers.)

Can I exchange what I got for a different size or design? We will gladly exchange unwashed, unworn products within 30 days of your order date. Shipping costs are not refundable.

What happens if the item I got was not the item I ordered? F-U-M-B-L-E by the shipping department. We’ll make it right, email returns@notredone.com and we'll send instructions.
